Sunburst ships to Wholesale Accounts only and all shipments require a minimum opening order of $200.00. Reorders are at $100.00. Our pricing is listed at wholesale per piece cost (or as noted on specials).
Pricing and Tagging
Our goal is to provide you with quality merchandise, at the best possible prices available. Working in mostly natural metals and dealing with a world market in metals, prices are subject to change without notice. Each order received is entered in our system and we provide you with a product report reflecting the complete descriptions, details and cost for each item ordered. All prices reflect wholesale cost per piece (or as noted on specials).
Pricing is FREE and each item will come pre-ticketed with your suggested retail markup and a FREE store name drop on each label. Suggested retails vary in different locations, for help with your regional area retails; please feel free to contact us at any time.
Sunburst offers a variety of payment choices for your convenience. For credit card payments, we honor Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. This is our most popular form of payment, as customers like taking advantage of all the perks and bonuses from their bank cards. All credit card payments must be authorized and processed prior to shipment. Credit card orders have top priority for shipping, as there are no delays for credit. If you prefer to prepay your order, we will provide you with a Pro Forma invoice detailing your order; upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped.
Open Account orders require a customer to complete a credit application. Once credit is approved Net 30 days terms for open accounts will be established with an opening credit limit. To help expedite your first order you may also choose to use a credit card while awaiting credit approval.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory, Providence, Rhode Island. Orders are shipped UPS, and FEDEX, unless otherwise noted on order by customer. Special shipping requirements should be made when placing orders.
Since 1970 we are proud to continue providing our “made in U.S.A.” products to all customers. Over the last several years we have become a working green company and a lead free manufacturer. We have always strived for excellence in all we do. Your satisfaction and continued business is our goal. When your order arrives, should any items not meet your approval or expectations, please contact us within 15 days for a repair, refinishing, replacement or arrange for a return. (custom logo, name drops or special orders are excluded).
All returns must be approved by Sunburst. No call tags will be issued; authorized returns will be issued RMA # by Sunburst. RMA# must appear on the outside of the box along side of the shipping label. Returned items must be packaged neatly, the way you received them, and not dumped into a box without packing. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
